WIAW: Treat Yo Self!

On my last What I Ate Wednesday, I focused solely on healthy training eats. However, I'm all about treatin' yourself when you deserve it!

The last few weeks I've been working out like a fiend and watching what I'm eating. Therefore, when a fabulous opportunity to indulge presents itself, I happily oblige- guilt free, might I add!

Here are my favorite treats from the past week.

Pumpkin Waffle with Caramelized Apples and Caramel Whipped Cream and a Mini Apple Pie, which were featured in another post earlier this week.

Pumpkin Pie Frozen Yogurt with graham cracker and homemade whipped cream - basically pumpkin pie in a cup!

On Sunday, I walked in the 2013 Ithaca Walk to End Alzheimer's...

And my team raised over $700! This cause is very important to me, as my grandmother suffered and ultimately passed away from the disease.

Afterwards, a fellow walker and I decided to go to the fabulous Ithaca Beer Co...

where I had a Vegan Brew Burger of mushroom, tempeh, and and brewer's grain with their famous French Fries and homemade ketchup! I paired it with a half pint of Bellwether Hard Cider, followed by a half pint of Ithaca Apricot Wheat Beer.

    I need to see if my froyo place has pumpkin flavor becuase I might just have to recreate that ice cream of yours :)

    And as someone who has lost multiple family members to ALZ, THANK YOU for walking and raising money. I truely appreciate it.

    1. Pumpkin froyo is so amazing! Pumpkin pie is my favorite fall treat, and it's even better (and better for you!) in froyo form.
